Orders and payment

Your card is authorised at checkout. We capture payment when your order is confirmed. We may decline or cancel an order and release the authorisation.

Custom orders

We agree on the details of your custom order by message before payment. Use our custom request form to tell us what you have in mind.

Shipping and returns

Product descriptions

We aim to describe and photograph each piece clearly. Colours may look different on your screen or in different lighting. Contact us before ordering if you need more detail about a piece.

Our designs

We retain intellectual property rights in our original designs, artwork and site content. Buying a piece does not transfer those rights or give permission to reproduce the design.
